A SCHOOL'S PERSPECTIVE

“The pupils really enjoyed the strategic element of this as they had to try to decipher the information based on both written and visual clues. They loved being able to apply critical thinking to real world scenarios.

For schools, it is a wonderful initiative as pupils who are entrepreneurial and who have an instinct for financial strategising are not always your high achievers on conventional testing.”

MARKET CHALLENGE · AVAILABLE ALL TERM UNTIL 20 NOVEMBER · YEARS 5–8

More than a financial
education activity.

The value extends beyond the 30-minute pupil experience.

For £75, your pupils join schools across the country for a national financial decision-making challenge. We handle the scoring, national benchmarking, pupil recognition and analysis, then return the results, certificates and a leadership-ready School Evidence Report.

National challenge
The Market Challenge is available all term until 20 November. Each pupil completes one uninterrupted 30-minute session.
30-minute assessment
Twenty real-world decisions: pupils read the news, weigh the risk and choose Buy, Hold or Sell.
Pupil recognition
Professionally produced Gold, Silver, Bronze and Participation certificates, based on national performance bands.
National benchmarking
Pupil performance in the context of the wider national cohort. Private insight, without public school league tables.
No marking or analysis
Use any internet-connected device with a web browser. Responses are scored and analysed automatically.
School Evidence Report
A concise, leadership-ready report: participation, pupil performance, skills demonstrated, key findings and useful next steps.

Awards and national benchmarks follow finalisation of the full cohort. Pupil percentiles are shown where the cohort is large enough; schools are never ranked publicly.
