SKILLS & EVIDENCE

Three challenges.
One evidence picture.

Across the academic year, EnrichmentOS helps schools build measurable evidence of pupils' financial literacy, critical thinking, digital literacy, decision-making and other future-ready skills.

WHAT EACH CHALLENGE REVEALS

A broader view of pupil skills.

Each challenge uses a different context. Together, they show where skills are assessed directly and where there is a wider curriculum connection.

CURRICULUM & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT LINKS

Evidence schools can actually use.

Challenge results can support evidence relating to selected areas of PSHE and Economic Wellbeing, Personal Development, KS3 Citizenship, careers and future skills, digital literacy and online safety, and the DfE Enrichment Framework.

Clear scope

EnrichmentOS does not assess a school's complete PSHE or Personal Development curriculum. Each challenge provides evidence of the specific knowledge and skills pupils demonstrate.

DIRECTLY ASSESSED

What pupils demonstrate

Scored decisions and responses provide evidence of the knowledge and skills measured within that challenge.

CURRICULUM SUPPORTED

Where the activity connects

Relevant themes can support wider provision, but a curriculum connection is not presented as a formal assessment result.

FROM PARTICIPATION TO EVIDENCE

How it works.

  1. Pupils take the challenge
  2. Skills are assessed
  3. Results are analysed
  4. Performance is benchmarked
  5. Schools receive results, evidence and pupil recognition

ACROSS THE ACADEMIC YEAR

Build a bigger picture across the year.

Taking part across the year gives schools a broader picture of the skills pupils demonstrate in different contexts.

AUTUMN

Market Challenge

Financial literacy · Risk · Decision-making

SPRING

Thinking Challenge

Critical thinking · Reasoning · Problem-solving

SUMMER

AI Challenge

Digital literacy · Information evaluation · Responsible AI

Results describe the skills demonstrated in each challenge. Scores from different challenges are not treated as directly equivalent or used to claim progress unless the underlying measures support a valid comparison.
